At DatsnCogs, we want you and your pets to be happy with our products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item that you purchased from us. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy for most of our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not a perishable product, such as pet food, treats, or supplements.
  • The item is not a personalized or custom-made product, such as engraved tags, collars, or leashes.
  • The item is not a clearance or final sale product, which are marked as non-returnable on our website.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@datsncogs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a return address. Please do not send your item back to us without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the shipping cost. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to return your item, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless you request a store credit. Your exchange will be shipped to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
